After six whole weeks of being stuck inside, we wouldn’t blame you for going slightly stir-crazy.

After all, there's only so many hours that can be occupied with podcasts, procrastination and the occasional power nap.

But that’s where we can help, helping you get active through our new online workouts feature.

Live Online Workouts: Helping you stay home and stay active

Like many other companies, we too have adapted.

We are still a free fitness app, but are now giving our audience the ability to easily discover and join a range of online workouts, that can be completed in the comfort of your own home.

Here's how it works

1. Discover a range of sessions from our featured workouts

2. Join the ideal session for you and check the details

3. Jump straight in and get your fitness fix

But what exactly are these online workouts?

Well, we are here to highlight a few of our favourites, all of which are available to discover on the app.

Yoga

Now, most people have heard of yoga, but a surprisingly low number of people have actually tried it.

Whether it's the effort of signing up for a subscription or the intimidation of turning up to a class for the first time, it seems that some people aren't getting into this amazing physical activity.

But now is the perfect time to try it out!

Instructors such as the Open Minded Fitness Group and Blok London are live streaming free yoga sessions every week, so now is the best time to give yoga a go.

Dance

While some of you might already be spending lockdown wildly dancing in your kitchens and living rooms, there are also dedicated online classes too.

Whether it's ballroom dancing with Anton Du Beke, or something more fast paced with school of SOS, there's plenty of options to choose from.

You don’t have to be a great dancer, after all who is going to see you?

There are plenty of options to choose from on the app, so get your groove on and start busting some shapes in the comfort of your own home.

Roll up, Roll up! This is our last shout out for the outrageously transformational Limitless Living course. We are experiencing unique times. It would seem we are all being asked to take stock, reflect and prepare ourselves for a new future. One where we live in accordance with our values and our purpose. But what is our purpose? What are your unique gifts and how can you express them in the most powerful way? How can you develop yourself so that you can thrive in a future where culture will shift so dynamically and AI will play such a huge role? How can you develop your ability to tune into to your inner compass so that you always know what the right move is? And how will you will elevate yourself so that your relationships are filled with such an immensity of love, compassion and positivity that you feel totally fulfilled in the inside and you embody that fulfilment in everything you do? All these, and many more of the most important questions of life can be accessed when you utilise the most powerful tools and knowledge the ancients bequeathed to us. In this course, I will flex my muscles and help you shift through the gears so profoundly you will not believe how far you have come by the end of the year. It will almost certainly be one of the greatest years of your life, and you will find yourself forever capable of taking on whatever life throws at you, not just with strength and resilience, but with grace and poise. Based on what I’ve seen in my seven years of teaching and many years travelling, I’m confident this course is the most transformational offering available anywhere. If you feel you want to fly, then please join us. There are only a few places left. Given the times we are in, I am sending this as a rallying call to anyone who wants to wake up each day and feel like a hero. The world needs as many of us as possible to step up. If of interest, the dates are below. I dare you to know just what is possible. If you’re looking for something at a slightly slower pace, then why not try some meditation.

An activity for the body and the mind, meditation is a great exercise to do after a stressful day, or as a great start in the morning.

Groups such as Beeja meditation have livestreams every single day, offering a nice break from your busy schedule.

Child-friendly Workouts

Getting active isn’t just for adults, and we are certainly aware of all the families in lockdown.

And what better way to bring the family together while also getting healthy than an hour of exercise?

There’s of course the nationwide daily P.E class with Joe Wicks taking the country by storm, but also sport specific classes such as rising stars football and Laura Malcolms netball sessions to choose from.

There’s no excuse for the whole family when it comes to live workouts, especially with Orfi Active.
